Azeri Shiites Celebrate Eid Al-Ghadir in Moscow

Navideshhaed: On Eid Al-Ghadir, a ceremony was held on November 5 in Moscow, Russia, by Azeri people residing in the capital city.

Russia-Azerbaijan Friendship Association hosted the program with the participation of a number of religious scholars and intellectuals as well as Azeri citizens.

The status of Ghadir event and its importance for Muslims, the methods of dissemination and development of Islam and the influence of morality and spirituality on social health were among the themes clarified by the scholars at the ceremony.

Eulogies and Tawasheeh (choral religious song) were also performed by Azeri groups.
